HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK YOUR SERVICES?
For Weddings, we ask for a minimum of 3 months prior to your Wedding day. The earlier you book, the better. This allows us to plan accordingly and make proper arrangements with you and the venue(s).
For any Audio & Video Production needs, we can accept bookings as early as next day; availability permitting.
WHY AREN'T PRICES LISTED FOR YOUR SERVICES?
Our services are based on Client needs and wants. Each service is unique and is priced accordingly. We do have flat rates for our Wedding Packages, however we have add-ons that can affect the final price. We will listen to your ideas and come up with a final price together. WHAT IS YOUR COVID-RELIEF PACKAGE?
We are offering our services at a deeply discounted price for couples who have had their Wedding affected by COVID-19. We know first hand the impact this virus has had on Wedding planning. If you are looking for financial relief in choosing your Wedding Videographer, Safe Haven Media would love to explore your ideas!
CAN I HELP PICK THE MUSIC FOR THE VIDEO?
Unfortunately, no. Your video is a Safe Haven Media production, meaning we are bound to use music we own or license. We have a wonderful library of songs from the music licensing site Artlist. We promise to pick music that fits your Wedding perfectly! Thank you for understanding.
CAN I REVIEW THE VIDEO BEFORE IT’S FINALIZED?
Yes. We love constructive criticism. We guarantee the best possible video. If you would like to review our film before it's published, please don't hesitate to ask.
CAN I SHARE MY FINAL VIDEO WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY?
The quick answer, yes. We encourage and hope you would share you video with friends & family and on Social Media! The long answer can be found in our Videographers Contract. Please reach out via email or phone for more info on this. Safe Haven Media owns the rights to the final video. Although you can share and post it, you cannot use it for monetary gain or without our prior, written consent.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY VIDEO WHEN IT'S COMPLETE?
We offer three formats for completed videos. Digitally (online), USB Flash Drive, and DVD. With your permission, We will upload your final video to our Website here, as well as our YouTube and Facebook pages. Small clips may be highlighted on our Instagram page. We will also send you secure links to share with your friends and family. DVD/Flash Drive copies of your video can be requested. Please be aware that an additional charge will be included for DVD/Flash Drive productions of your video.
HOW LONG AFTER OUR WEDDING WILL THE VIDEO TAKE TO COMPLETE?
We don't have an exact answer for this. We ask for your patience and consideration in the post-production process. Ideally, we want to get the final video to you as soon as possible. We can say that it will take 6-8 weeks before your video is finalized. It takes time and effort to piece together your wedding video into one beautiful film and we want it to be as perfect as you imagined. We are a small group of Videographers & Editors and will complete your video as quickly as we can! We can send a short 'teaser' clip quicker if requested!
